Using CAD software for the design and laser cut templates for precise fabrication of parts provide tight tolerances and excellent fit. Adding a couple of decades of experience in architectural design, steel fabrication and wood working ensures great quality. All trailers are build to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for construction upon clearance of payment. This basic model is a 4'x8' woodie The body is made out of birch plywood finished with a recommended 7 layers of exterior UV spar urethane. Aluminum roof with 1-1/2" insulation and aluminum trim. High quality aluminum/glass doors with opening windows, screen lock and deadbolt. Custom built steel framed galley with leak proof high quality aluminum hinge and a lockable T handle. Don't let the looks fool you. The cabin is big enough to fit a three quarter rv mattress (not included) to fit 2 adults and plenty cabinet space to pack for your next fun adventure. Wider models are available per request. I designed this trailer to be worry free and require the least maintenance so it is always ready to go. All lights are battery operated LED's so it does not require a big heavy expensive RV battery that you have to worry about charging or maintaining, no fuses and virtually eliminating all cabin wiring. It is not meant to be an off road trailer but the sturdy chassis can handle a lot. There is one with over 15000 miles (and counting) running with no problems. Another one has been on the road for almost 6 months cruising the states with no issues. And my first "prototype" has been uncovered under snow, rain and sunshine for over 3 years showing no problems due to humidity with minimal finish fading. The ones shown in the pictures have some upgrades which are not including on the basic model. You are getting: 4x8 cabin with 2 cabinets, a continuous shelf and 1 LED battery operated light and a roof top vent (no fan)In the back it has a half galley (as shown in the pictures) with a hydraulic opener strut. 1 storage cabinet, 2 under counter storage spaces and a LED battery operated light.Trailer tail and side lights, 2" ball hitch coupler.
