Two roof air, one and a half bath , 10 GAL water heater and queen bed. Cold weather package, Leveling system and factory prep for washer/dryer. New Michelin tires with less than 50 miles, new this year Garmin GPS for RV's. The exterior was cleaned and detailed this winter.
