This unit is in good shape, everything in it works - water heater, heater, air conditioner all in great working order. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Has a queen size bed in the bedroom. Tires are only two years old, has less than 50k miles on it. There's nothing wrong with this unit we just don't use it anymore and we don't want it to sit. Has a generator that works.
