I bought this RV in 2008 and has been used for me to live in when I traveled for auto races. 5,000 miles oil changes and brake service. Upgraded LCD TV, Transmission service, 6 new tires put on last year, and updated interior this year with ultra leather (super soft leather). This Rv has lived it's entire life in California except last year when I brought out to Rhode Island and put in storage. It has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. The Window sticker was $378k when new. We moved to Rhode Island and never use it anymore so now its time to part with it. Sad to see it go, but it's time. This unit is 31' with a single 14' slide out, full ducted air conditioning and heat, power roof vents, electric and propane hot water, porcelain foot flush toilet, full stand up shower with glass door, queen bed with storage under, wardrobe cabinets, hide a bed couch and dinette, fridge, microwave, propane oven and cook top. Other features include a 24' awning, power tongue jack, stabilizer jacks, brand new tires and rims, brand new water pump. This camper has a built in black water rinse system, grey water tank, outside shower, two 30lb propane tanks, 30amp service, cable ready and a brand new upgraded bluetooth stereo with FM/CD/USB. Durable laminate flooring was installed last year. The price reflects the minor imperfections such as the awning has a slight bow to it but is still fully functional and a repaired storage compartment hinge.
