Very Clean with lots of newer extras. All new tires & batteries. New oil ,& filters change for both engine & generator. It has new Diamond Shield on front with a lifetime warranty. Tow equipment included & some extras ( surge protector, hoses, extra filters etc ) goes with it. New slide toppers & window awnings. Two flat screen TV's (32" &27 ), regular mini blinds, household refrigerator, done LED lights, upgraded faucets& toilet. I have all service receipts.
