This is a very well kept, well maintained, single slide 30 foot 5th wheel. It’s a 2005 Holiday Rambler Savoy SL model M-29RKS. My wife and I are the 2nd owners. It is a non-smoker, no-kids unit. Aside from the standard features, it has a large slide, convenient 2nd table that also serves as a desk, a couch that pulls out into a bed, factory tinted windows, aluminum frame, enclosed and heated underbelly, new battery, and new 10 ply tires including spare. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The roof has been cleaned and treated annually and is in great shape, no leaks. Lots of underbelly pass-thru storage and front storage. The A/C is remote controlled and quiet. There are no rips or tears in any of the upholstery. The awning is in very good condition, no tears (but could use a wash). Upgraded cabinets. All systems work well (electric, gas, water, sewer, A/C, fridge, awning, etc.). All tanks (black, gray, water, water heater) have been cleaned annually. Unloaded weight is 7550 lbs. The trailer has been parked at an RV park since we’ve owned it so it has very little travel miles or road wear. It is currently in storage. If you know Holiday Rambler, you know they’ve always built excellent trailers that last. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, better maintained unit around this model year. The price is $1000 under the average NADA retail price.
