HOLIDAY RAMBLER CUSTOM 31' SUPER SLIDE, BEAUTIFUL CONDITION! Hello, we are selling a super clean 1996 Holiday Rambler 31' Custom travel trailer in super clean ready to use condition. First off just let me say that yes i am a dealer of used cars/ RV'S, This is my personal trailer, my wife and i have used this unit on our property for the last two summers and we built a house so now its time to let it go, WHY would a dealer use an older trailer you ask? BECAUSE YOU CANT BUY A BETTER QUALITY TRAVEL TRAILER TODAY! This unit is super solid, these units were built of all aluminum construction, double insulated, solid oak cabinets, 3/4'' plywood sub flooring, ETC ETC........ There simply was not nor still can you find better quality today! THEY DONT LEAK! For the year its a 8 plus inside and out, been used Very lightly. Everything works as it should, Ref, ice cold, been updated with new in 2002 Ducted roof AC, ICE COLD Ducted in floor Heat, works perfectly Water system, gas fired AND Electric water heater work perfectly All windows, doors, drawers Etc.. work very much like new! Newer porcelain commode, very nice! Up dated flooring thru out 3/4 " oak flooring in kitchen, in original condition Up dated kitchen faucet control moen (household type) along with new faucets on the bath sink and the shower, all new The Exterior is in great condition, still shines nice, been kept indoors Awning in good shape, does have some mold on it, powerwash and soap will cure it i belive, it is a carefree and is clad in aluminum Real nice new 36" Phillips flat screen TV and DVD player included! (both less than 6 mos old) We installed a new couch, household type, IT Does Not fold down, we set this unit up just for the two of us, worked well for us and was VERY COMFORTABLE! NEVER SMOKED IN!, SMELLS LIKE NEW INSIDE Tires, brakes, lights are all in great shape and work fine, TOWS WITH MIN OF 1/2 TON PICK UP OR FULL SIZE SUV, WEIGHS ABOUT 6000 LBS.
