1985 Holiday Rambler Aluma lite I bought this RV for a summer trip and have been living in it for 3 months, i am leaving on December so she is up for sale for her next adventure. When i bought this van it had been sitting unused stored indoors for the past 10 years so the body work is brilliant with no rust 7.0ltr V8 Engine runs smooth with only 63500 on the clock, I replaced spark plugs, Oil change, radiator flush and refill New engine battery and 2 new front tires. Also a new modern sound system and LED remote lights to bring a bit of the 21st century to the awesome 80s decor! EVERYTHING except the fridge works, the water pump runs the oven microwave in good working order with gas fed from a permanent gas tank, The AC unit pumps out super cold air.The interior is in very nice condition for its age. Loads of storage compartments, all original curtains and decor. Sleeps up to 6 with a permenent queen size bed at the rear. and two beds up front which can be used as one big king PLUS the sweet nest bed above the cock pit! There are a few things that need attending to like the gas, 120 12V fridge needs looking at as it always looking for gas and the pilot light does ignite but doesn't cool.The generator hasn't been run and i haven't looked at it as i have always had 120 power. This is the first RV i have owned so dont know to much about them i will try to answer all of your questions or find someone who knows the answer! I am willing to drive the RV within reason for fuel costs.
