2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential 31' Fifth Wheel RV, in very good condition. Model is 30SCD with 2 big slide outs. Slide in the living room area, and another one in the bedroom. Interior and exterior is in excellent condition. Fully self contained, full kitchen/bathroom, queen bedroom, two leather recliners, leather sofa, LCD TV, plumbed for washer/dryer. Sleeps 4. AM/FM/CD Stereo system, 27" LCD TV in the living room, and TV antenna. Sleeper sofa and dinette table are on a slide out. In the kitchen area: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, and hot water tank. At the front of the fifth wheel, is the bedroom and bathroom. Plumbing for a washer/dryer combo found in a cabinet in the hallway. Ducted roof A/C along with a ducted furnace. Power levelling jacks. Big awning over the passenger side, and two window awnings.
