2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential , One owner, well maintained, very clean unit. This unit has a flex steel fold down bed and the table and benches make into a bed. The walk around bed is a queen. Day/Night shades on windows. The awning and sky light in the shower have been replaced in the last 20 months. Corian counter tops with double sink. The slide out is 13 ft. and the awning is 18 ft. We have used this very little in the last 18 months. Tires are excellent, spare included. Heavy duty hitch with sway bars. Ceramic toilet with new valve. Microwave above stove. 10 gallon water heater. Recliner included. Covered vents with thermostatic exhaust fan in bedroom. Slide out drawers under benches making storage much easier.
