Selling my sweet 1979 27' Holiday Rambler Class C Imperial 5000 camper...Asking 5995.00 obo... This rig is not stock but rather it has been gutted, updated and upgraded... For the past 8 years or so she's been parked and used as guest quarters on our property, protected under heavy tarp... Refrigerator has been replaced with a normal household fridge... No furnace, we've used a common electric radiator to heat the interior... Still has all holding tanks, fresh water, grey water and black... Upper bunk currently holds a single futon but when pulled out and opened fully TWO twins or a queen mattress could easily fit across the space...Here are some important details....THE GOOD!...Only 50K original miles!... Ford chassis with a Ford 460... Starts right up and purrs!... Aluminum frame coach -- NO wood to rot!... No leaks under my ownership, updated kitchen with large and lovely single basin stainless steel sink... electric FloJet bottle water pump hooked up to faucet (for 5 gallon bottles)... dual kitchen faucet delivers water with ease from both tap and bottled water... new Girard instant hot water heater with thermostat and winter use device... zinc kitchen counter top... 3 burner Magic Chef cook top... custom solid wood 2" Venetian blinds... cherry laminate flooring... cork penny tile shower and bath counter top... newer house battery... new engine belts and fuel filter... good rubber on six of the eight tires... hook up ready for switching out exterior propane tanks... exterior shower... Emerald 4000 Gen Set generator... acrylic patio and window awnings...THE NOT SO GOOD! ...Only 50K original miles!... Generator has only 128 hours but currently won't start... engine is rusty in places but starts and runs very well... Needs some basic attention as a result of inactivity... I wouldn't recommend getting out on the road without having a mechanic check her out first... The two tag axle tires are weather checked but remaining six tires are very good...ASKING $5995 OBO...Being sold AS IS and without any warranties expressed or implied...Clear title in hand...
