1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial 30, 1984 Holiday Rambler 5th wheel camper, estate series. Original owner's manual and bill of sale. Good condition considering it's age, queen bed up front, fold down dinette and couch so sleeps 6 (but 5 comfortably). Lots of storage cupboards and two closets in master bedroom. It has been parked and not used for 3 years, before that it only had a few outings a year. Would be great to park on hunting land, recreational land, at the lake, or next to a cabin for guests. Fridge has had intermittent issues so I wouldn't count on it working but everything else (stove, microwave, AC, Furnace, Water heater, tanks, pumps etc.) worked when it was parked. All cushions reupholstered and new curtains made a few years ago. It's set up with a reverse receiver hitch so the pin goes in the truck bed, we also have a turnover king pin that will go along with it, so no need for you to get the Receiver set up in your truck. NADA has average retail listed at $3,985. We don't use it and I am tired of mowing around it so I am motivated and it's priced to move at $2200/obo.
