Selling our one owner RV that has been our pride and joy since new in 2011. There are normal wear and tear marks, scratches, or dings; however there is nothing that is completely non-functioning. The tires (including the spare) were replaced within the last 2000 miles as part of a Michelin recall. Tires have been covered during storage and are not dry rotted. The battery light comes on, however the alternator is charging correctly; according to local mechanic there is a diode that is defective on the alternator causing the battery light to illuminate, all charging is functional. The chassis battery (starting) has been recently replaced. The house batteries have/and or will be replaced with deep cycle RV (2) prior to sale completion.
