This is a HIGH-END brand/ model. To give you an idea, BASE PRICE in 2002 was $46K, in 2026 dollars that is $84.5K. For example, this has shocks in the suspension where most even new RV’s DO NOT. And the original owner purchased almost every option, and there are lots (see option list below). It is in excellent shape and everything works. It is hooked up in place and can demo all. I added a gooseneck adapter so I can still have an open pickup bed. Empty weight 11050, height with AC 12'7", length 37'4" NOTE: Photos are 2 years old and do not show new tires/alloy wheels, murals added, etc. The comps I found (HR 2001 – 2003, 3 slides) are NOT refurbed like mine: $13900, 16000, 17000, 26000. PRICE REDUCED: We are offering, for sale, our professionally maintained, non-smoking and slightly used 36 ft SKT 2003 Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th wheel. We purchased the unit new and have actually spent less than 8 months in it over the past 13 years, thus the reason for selling. The trailer has 3 slides, 4 awnings, basement storage and washer and dryer hookups. It has an inverter and 2 deep cycle 12v batteries. The kitchen has a 3 burner range with oven and overhead microwave which has an exhaust fan as well as light. There are Corian counter tops, double porcelain sinks with covers, and a counter top fold down extension. There are two rooftop air conditioning units. The bedroom includes a king size bed, multiple overhead storage, drawers, mirrored closet doors and large capacity closet. A queen size sleep sofa as well as a booth dinette that converts to a twin size bed adds sleeping accommodations for 4 more people. The split bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower/tub, vanity, two lit mirrored medicine cabinets and built in hamper. The separate toilet has window and overhead storage.There are two reclining swivel rockers and an entertainment center which includes a DVD/CD player, television antenna booster, surround sound system, and TV set which is cable ready. At the time of purchase we added almost all of the available options including the large four-door refrigerator/freezer. A list of all other options is available on request as there are too many to list. The trailer will be sold with separately purchased oak coffee table, dishes, glassware, towels, linens, silverware, and numerous other items. Also available is the 2003 GMC 1 ton dually with a Duramax diesel, Allison transmission. In addition there's a pac brake along with a factory added tow package.
