Very clean in and out. Everything is in working condition except the dash a/c. No smoke or pets. No odors, new batteries house and start. Maintained with Mobile one. Has generator, leveling jacks, Banks power pack, encased awning and window awnings. Metal sided, good tires. $2000 mattress. Huge bathroom, very little wear and tear. Has backup camera and battery disconnects. Comes with Saturn tow car and hitch ready to go. Both have clean Arizona titles. Car has good tires, new rebuilt motor, cold A/C. And drives great.
