This RV is very clean and still being actively used and has been in the same family since new. We are non-smokers and do not travel with our pets. It is kept under cover and operationally checked normally every two weeks when not in use including exercising the Generator with load. We've traveled as far as Canyon Lands, Utah on one end and to St. Augustine, Florida on the other. We pull a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the unit pulls it smoothly. All features work and maintenance is kept up-to-date. It is a very operator friendly unit that drives and rides great. The tires as well as the rest of the unit are professionally inspected thoroughly at least twice per year.
