Nice older 32 ft. Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite motorhome. Tires, HW heater, house batteries replaced in 2015. Furnace, AC, Plumbing, electrical, tanks, stove, micro-wave, fridge, and Onan Generator all in good working order. Propane tank is good, and about 3/4 full. Curtains and carpeting are in decent shape as well. 102,789 miles on the Chevy 454 engine. Runs and handles well. I've had it for just 2 years, but I have made a number of updates, and I have a big binder with all the original documentation and a lifetime of service records. Passed PA inspection in 2015, but I moved to WV and haven't been traveling with it so I did not renew the registration. Still has a lot of life left for regional travel for sure, and a great way to experience the life without a big investment.Full disclosure - Swivel chairs were damaged and I removed them. The sofa works well. This unit has the drop down bunk over the cockpit area. Transmission rebuild when owned by PO. Bed area in the back does not currently have a mattress. The on-board water system is not pumping, although the pump seems to be working. I have not investigated this much because I have only been connected to city water with it, which all works great. Electric steps do not work, so I use a step stool. When the original refrigerator died I replaced it with an ac-only model. sounds like a big list, but actually almost everything works really well, and it is ready to use and enjoy!
