Our family has really enjoyed this Class A motorhome. We purchased it from a retired police officer in MA a few years ago and are looking for a camper with bunks for our little guys, otherwise we would be keeping this one. I love this RV! Watch my video and meet me and The Admiral. I will show you around, including imperfections. I am selling it so I can buy one that will fit in my driveway. I've driven it across the country 4 times and took it DisneyWorld too! She is a beauty. I put new tires on only a few months ago. Tires manufactured in 2016. That is something you won't find on most RV's sold privately and represents a few thousand dollars. Beautiful coach in great condition. 2 years ago I bought this from an LA fireman who took meticulous care of her, as have I. No smokers ever. Clean. Hitch for towing. Well taken care of rig. One long slide from right behind the drivers seat to the back of the bedroom. 2 ACs, microwave/convection oven, outside shower, 5.5K generator with 75 hours. Automatic levelers. 4 Marine Batteries (new in 2014), Solar, Upgrades include: Satellite System (currently Direct TV), Sleep Number Bed, electric cord reel, Dinette makes into bed that I had custom made, Sani Con waste system, new sound system (with surround sound) new stair motor. It has a very comfortable Sofa Bed with great air mattress, . 50/30/20 AMP. 2 Fantastic Fans, 35M BTU Electronic Ignition Furnace, In-Floor Ducted Heating System, System Heat for winter travel, , New Winegard antenna lifter. I will include the 4 Snap on Tire Covers that I always use when parked as well as mirror covers hand made for the coach, heavy duty flashlights and hooks as well as fire extinguishers. Complete maintenance logs, original manuals for coach and chassis, Detailed manual I compiled, including check lists. 2 complete set of keys, 2 TVs. Great rig. I love her. Runs great. No problems. Wheelbase: 228", Length 34'3", Height, including AC 12'6". Running great! All systems tested and working well. This is priced below market value when all the extras are added in. I want to sell it so I can buy my next one! I've had wonderful help when needed from the guys at Monaco. I've had an extended warranty on it since purchase but never had to use it. Come take a test drive and fall in love with her like I have. I lowered the price because I really want to buy my smaller RV.
