Upgraded newer mattress. The exterior of the Mesa Ridge 348RLS is constructed with an aluminum frame and fiberglass that has withstood the elements over time. Some of the key points of this unit is a new complete roof and new A/C unit. It also features a new washer and dryer. The outside of the unit comes equipped with a power awning, outdoor speakers and lots of storage space underneath. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living area with plush seating, including two recliners and a large sofa sleeper. The room is completed with a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, and stereo with four speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. A great feature is the kitchen island on wheels.
