There is some damage to the bathroom door exterior shown in the pictures. There are some other small scratches from normal wear and tear. It will come with the pictured Tri pod stand for when it is not on the truck and metal chalk blocks. It is also equipped with tire pressure gauge. 2 kayaks, and more can be transported in the basement storage area. There is a mounted fishing pole holder that holds for 4 poles. This unit has so many great features besides the large sleeping capacity. 3 TV's, fireplace, island for food prep, 4 door frig, oven big enough to cook a small turkey, motion sensor lights in hall and bedroom, cutting board and sink strainer and really so much more. Reason for selling is want to move to class a, but loved the unit.
