Overall, the RV is in good to better condition. There is a newly installed awning. The vinyl covering on the dinette cushion, recliners, and sofa bed is breaking down. These seating areas are very comfortable, and they can be recovered if desired. The tires are from 2018, probably original, so it's recommended they be replaced. The master bedroom A/C filter assembly needs to be replaced. The exterior is a bit oxidized but could be polished to look like new again. With only one owner this 2019 Highlander is in great, condition. According to the seller all systems are functioning properly. The tires are 36 months old but have decent tread due to limited use by seller. Only one normal wear spot noticed on upholstery on seat back corner of main dinette. Stock #316234 Nice bunk room! 2 ACs! 3 slides! Outdoor kitchen! This 2019 Light LT312BHS (by Highland Ridge) is considered the ultimate in lightweight RVs. It provides more comfort with less weight for an easier tow. This spacious RV has plenty of sleeping room for the whole family. There is a queen bed in the master, a convertible dinette, and a large bunkroom that sleeps six with two double bunks and two single bunks. The large open kitchen in the center of the RV has an island with a stainless sink, large pantry, a three burner stove and oven, microwave, mid size refrigerator/freezer, dinette with bench seats, and plenty of counter and storage space.
