This unit appears to be barely used. The owners have taken very good care of it and there are no blemishes of any kind anywhere on the unit. There are some parts in the cabinets that are still wrapped in the original plastic from when it was delivered

The layout is designed to provide four separate areas where people can be away from everyone else in the unit. The forward living room space has a theatre style recliner and two twin sleeper sofas in a setting around an entertainment center with a fireplace.
The kitchen has solid surface countertops, a three burner stove with an oven, microwave, full-sized stainless refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a twin basin kitchen sink with covers.
The hallway bathroom has a toilet, sink with vanity, and a shower.
In the rear master suite, there is a Kingsized bed with underneath storage, a hanging clothes closet, a separate ducted AC. It is also set up for a washer/dryer combination

This trailer was towed once 10 miles to the spot it sits now. It is in good condition with very little wear and tear. Used primarily as a guest house or weekend getaway, it has no road abuse. There are no visible scratches, dents, or peeling graphics. Bought in late 2021, this fifth wheel has so much life left!

This is a great fifth wheel for the family, with the optional slide-out bunk beds in the rear and a half bath. There is lots of room for the family to spread out. The kitchen will make many people envious. An island with a double sink and micro/convection oven gives the owners prep space and cooking options.
The master suite is bright and airy due to the full window on the front. There is plenty of storage, including hanging closets and under-bed storage. The bathroom is large and has a great shower. The combo washer and dryer are tucked away conveniently in the bathroom area.
With the entertainment area and fireplace, there is a great space to relax the night away. This is trailer living at its finest. The ease of set up with the auto-leveling jacks makes it a breeze to start the fun part of camping--or should I say "glamping!"
