OBO!!!********************* * 24' Sleeps 4-6 comfortably * Sofa and Dinette fold out to full size beds * Kitchenette with propane stove,oven,sink and new refridgerator/freezer *Full bath with sink,toilet,seated bath with shower *Propane heat and new portable air conditioner unit (See below) *All new exterior lights * Rebuilt hydraulic motor for lift system *Siding on top half of travel trailer has been gone over,sealed and painted * Electric,water works, tires and brakes in good condition ** Fan/Light in shower area not working. (Water stain around fan area) has been sealed, but would need to be replaced if you would want it working.Stove burners work, oven starter needs cleaned or replaced. Heater and blower cycles, in working condition but is not firing off. You can clean or replace starters or, you can use a plug in ceramic heater for heat. ****We have original paperwork,some service records. Clean title. *****NOTE!!!
