2008 Hi-Lo Classic Travel Trailer 23 foot sleeps 4Hilo has been building trailers since 1962 and what makes them so special is that they have a hydraulic system that lowers and raises for towing. In the down position it has a very low height, lower than the tow vehicle which makes it supreme for towing. If you are considering a long distance state to state trip this trailer would be perfect. The interior is as high end as the Airstream Bambi and when this trailer sold new in 2008 for a list price of $34,800.00 it was more expensive than the Airstream Bambi as well. This is a very special trailer and is in new condition. The lifting system is commercial grade quality like you would see in a bobcat heaving equipment. Hilo is still making new trailers and services all the others. Wall construction is all aluminum just like Airstream, compare and save!!This 2008 Hi-Lo is a classic and not to be confused with the lower end model Tow-lite. There is a big difference in the two because the Classic model is the special edition for the Hi-Lo Travel Trailers and it costs about $12,000.00 more new, gel coated sides hand molded fiberglass caps front and rear high end upholstry and window coverings plus much more. The best part about this trailer is you get to pull it at half the size of what is turns into when parked. This trailer is completely hard sided with no tent canvas.
