This is a very nice camper. It is being listed for my father who has moved back to Florida. It is in very nice condition. It has new tires and the tread on the spare is like new, too! It has leveling jacks on all four corners and they work well. It has a propane heater and a propane stove. Lots of lights inside and the porch light works fine, too. It has a 3 burner propane stove and a sink. It has a stand-up shower and a nice rv toilet as well as a bathroom sink. The two couches slide together to make a king size bed. The top bunk swings down to make a bunk good enough for two kids or an adult. The frig works well and works off of propane and electric. It does get cold and it has a cold freezer section, too. It also has a smoke detector and a co2 detector. It has a roof antenna but it does not come with a tv. It has electric brakes and also comes with 2 propane tanks! I think they are both full but offer no guarantees as to how much is there. The top goes up and down with the push of a button and works well. The battery is approx. 1.5 yrs old. All the lights work. All the windows work. The front window awning works well. The interior has built-in shades! The self-retracting awning works well and is in good shape. All screens are included. The trailer takes a 2" ball for the hitch and has a 7 blade round electric hook-up. It has hook-ups for sway bars (not included) but it tows very well going down the road! It has a long power cord with a rv to household adaptor included. It has a buil-in water pump for constant pressure which is nice. It has the waste water hose and storage in the rear bumper. It has a rear storage compartment, side storage, and front storage compartment. Nice solid floor and lots of storage compartments inside. Priced to sell and way below current NADA book value. Rooftop a/c blows nice and cold. The camper has already been winterized with rv antifreeze. Camp in it this year or wait until spring. You know as much about it as I do at this point.
