This toy hauler is in very good condition and fully functional and two of the A/C units are new with the cargo area A/C still original but working fine. It has not been used much at all. The sofa sleeper has flaking, and it could be replaced or recovered. We have motivated sellers, and this unit is priced well beneath market value. This toy hauler sleeps seven comfortably and is very versatile, it has a king bed in the master bedroom with a 5-seat recliner with heat and massage that doubles as a nice queen-sized bed. In sofa mode, there are two dining tables with EZ set up right in front of the 60 '' flatscreen TV for all to view. The cargo area has a Happi-Jac setup that rides against the ceiling but lowers down with a switch. It can be a bed or 2-bench dining table with a big flatscreen and a separate AC just for the cargo area. The Happi-Jac can be elevated so up to a 12' + toy can drive right up the heavy-duty ramp to the next location. There are W/D connections in the cargo area as well. The kitchen is very well thought out, with a three-burner stove, a large oven, and a convection microwave. The fridge is full-sized and runs off electricity or propane as well.
