This is a very nice unit for its age, but it could use a little cleaning.
There were a few places of delamination in a storage compartment and on the wall in the garage area (see photos) possibly from the heat down here in the south.
Noticeable areas of water damage on the bottom of some walls (see photos) - no leaks reported.
Some adhesive residue was on the wall by the TV that could easily be removed.
Although this unit is not pet-free, there were no smells or evidence of a pet.
This unit is very roomy and has lots of room for friends and family.
All of the electronics and components are in working order, so this beauty is ready to roll!
