The bathroom is between the master bedroom and the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has a sleeper sofa facing cabinets and a flat-screen TV. Overhead is a full-size bed accessed from the hallway. The kitchen, in the center of the camper, is equipped with a residential-style refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three-burner stove with cover, and an oven. This fifth wheel is in better-than-expected condition for its age. The only wear and tear noted were on two recliners. The owners have a cat, but there was no evidence of a cat. It has been stored under a covered roof and has tire covers. There is a new awning and new jack leveling controls. There is no evidence of water infiltration or delamination.
