The coach is said to be in good condition: the exterior finish is uniform and shiny, has some discoloration around the exterior trim, and has no visible damage, divots, or gouges.
New heater element, furnace circuit board, inverter, battery, water pump, and AC Summer 2022. The shower outside is broken. The tires are about two years old. No King mattress. The pull-out couch has a blow-up mattress. The bunks have twin mattresses. Includes three TVs.
The interior is in good condition: the flooring has no wear patterns, divots, stains, or odors.
Upholstery on the sofa, dinette chairs, and recliners shows well, with no stains, fraying, or odors. There is a small tear on the couch.

Upstairs in the bedroom suite is a king bed, a closet with washer and dryer hookups, and plenty of drawer space. You'll also find a neo-angle shower, sink, and toilet adjacent to the main suite.
