For sale is 2015 Hearthland Sundance XLT 278TS fifth wheel Camping trailer. Trailer is approximately 31 feet long, has 3 slide, GVWR weight 9,900, with dry weight 8,090lb. This trailer has the Weather Guard (Cold Weather Package), For the cold states. This trailer has nice newer tan exterior colors, real wood interior, Opposing slide outs give you a large open area. Kitchen with island and Corian counter-tops with. In the rear chairs, across from the TV is a sofa that opens up to be a bed. Master suite with walk-around Queen bed, Large closets. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door and skylight. Please look at over 150 pictures bellow. The trailer will have salvage title due to water damage. I believe this RV was part of a dealership buyout from a flood in Louisiana. This trailer had no water in it, underbelly was removed and inspected with no sings of water.
