Heartland Sundance fifth wheel. Hard to find 3400QB bunkhouse model. Very nice camper and well built! Has so many features found in more expensive campers. This RV has 4 slides, an outdoor kitchen area (with fridge, sink, and TV hookup), 2 private large bedrooms/sleep areas with doors for privacy, 2 hide-a-bed couches, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Master bedroom with queen bed with nightstands on both sides, overhead storage, and a slide out wardrobe with ton of closet space and drawers. This camper has a 2nd AC unit in the master bedroom (which is an optional add-on that you have to purchase separately on a lot of the larger campers). Large bunkhouse room in back with couch/foldout bed, 2 bunks, an additional bathroom, and tons of storage cabinets. Half bath with direct entry door to the outside that includes a toilet, sink, and linen cabinet. The half bathroom is such a great feature to have so kids or guests can have their own bathroom. You can enter the half bathroom through a door in the bunkhouse bedroom or from the outside door. This is one of our favorite things about the camper since you can go in/out of the bathroom without going through any other part of the camper (so you can avoid tracking in dirt/sand/water/etc...). Can sleep about 9 or 10 people. Great for kids and their friends, guests, or pets! U-shaped Dinette and sofa in living/dining area (both fold out into beds). We upgraded to a brown leather loveseat in the living room. Kitchen has stone countertops and a countertop extension. Tons of storage. Very nice upscale decor in camper. This is a 2013 model that we bought new on Dec. 31, 2013 from Bob Hurley in Tulsa, OK and have barely used it so it is just like new. We moved to TN in 2015 and just haven't had as much time to go camping. Comes with a 5 year transferrable extended warranty that lasts until the end of 2018. The warranty is the best one you can get and we paid an extra $2,500 for it. It covers just about everything on the RV with a $100 deductible. Has a 2nd optional AC unit (not all of these large campers come with a 2nd AC). We just put new tires on it. Has 4 TV hookups (master, bunkhouse, living room, outdoor kitchen). Comes with 2 TVs (one larger one in living room entertainment center and a smaller one in the bunkhouse). Integrated entertainment system with dvd, cd, bluetooth with speakers in master, living room and outside. The outdoor kitchen has a pull out counter/prep station, single sink, refrigerator, and storage, and a TV mount. Swing out gas grill that is still new in the box. The new MSRP on this camper was $51,828.
