This is an amazing fifth wheel! This one won't disappoint. It is like new and soooooo clean inside and out! It was only used one weekend, and wasn't able to be used by the owner any longer because of unexpected health problems. Everything works great! It is ready to take you on your next adventure! This fifth wheels dry weight is 7,972 and the gross weight rating is 9,900 lbs so it is HALF TON TOWABLE! Also the front fiberglass cap is contoured to easily accommodate a greater turning radius for SHORT BED TRUCKS! It has true quality construction with so many amazing features. This fifth wheel is only 31 ft long, but it lives like a much larger trailer. It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer, including great outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is beautiful with modern decor, and rich neutral colors. There are also large windows throughout giving great natural light. The living room has a hide a bed couch, and 2 beautiful chairs. The couch, and chairs are placed smartly for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a tons of storage, and a lovely large flatscreen TV! The entertainment center really makes the space look like home. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is an awesome island that has SO MUCH COUNTERSPACE! All the counters are solid surface Corian. The kitchen also gives nice cabinet space. It has a great PANTRY. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a double door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, tons of storage in the nice built in cabinets, and big closet next to the bed. The bathroom is all in one private room with glass corner shower, sink/vanity, great storage, and the commode. This fifth wheel is very spacious with the 2 slides across from each other in the living space, and the 1 slide in the bedroom area. It has a large fully ducted air-conditioner and large furnace. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED trailer. Meaning it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! There is lots of good outdoor storage. This is an amazing fifth wheel that is very well built with quality construction. Including a superior four season INSULATION PACKAGE, and ALL ALUMINUM FRAME! It has soooo much storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful. The decor is beautiful with rich warm wood tones, and neutral colors throughout. The living room is so spacious. The couch, and recliner area are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The couch does make out into an extra bed. Across from the couch is a comfy recliner. The entertainment center has a FIREPLACE, a flat screen TV, and nice storage area. The kitchen is sooo nice with the u-shaped kitchen you get lots of counterspace (including the bonus countertop extension), and great cabinet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with countertop extension, a double door fridge/freezer, nice pantry spaces, double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, and tons of storage including a nice closet, nice chest of drawers, and built ins. The BATHROOM IS ALL IN ONE PRIVATE ROOM! It has a nice sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower, and the commode. There is a fully ducted air-conditioner and heater.
