2008 Heartland Sundance, 2900RK. 31ft with two slide outs. Everything works great! A/c Blows ice cold and the furnace works wonderful (propane- comes with 2 tanks). I have resealed most of the outside, the roof is in great condition, No LEAKS!! There is normal wear on the carpet which could be replace easy or just steamed cleaned. It has two gray water tanks, one black water tank and a fresh water tank. Its 30 amp service. Just replaced the fuse box. Fridge works on either propane or electric. Tires are in great shape and the electric brakes work great. Can sleep up to 4 people. Queen size bed and a full size pull out in the living room. Skylights were recently replaced.
