condition: excellent fuel: other size / dimensions: 36.8 title status: clean transmission: other $45,900 -Top of the line, Home on wheels, Due to Heath reasons we are having to sell our beautiful RV - The furniture that's in our unit is tan leather, it's only been used three times and is immaculate, we really hate to see it go, as you open the door and enter the unit the light comes on for safety, there is storage underneath the steps going up into the master suite with a king size bed that has storage under neath, there is also two additional dining room chairs that has never been opened in the closet that are still wrapped. There is a safe in the master closet along with a three chest of drawers additional two what's under the 32 inch color TV, all TVs are Sony. The oven has never been used, the conventional oven has never been used but the microwave has been used a couple of times, the best part of it is the island in the kitchen that has lighting hanging down from the ceiling, it has a really big generous pantry along with a small countertop with cabinets on top and on the bottom, it has cabinetry all along the top in the kitchen and over the couch, also has a built-in central vacuum system, the couch is an air bed queen size(never used) and the recliner chairs are home size they're not small the tv in the living room that rolls out from the counter is 50 inches, with a fireplace, tons of outside storage that goes straight through the front that has stainless steel lining with bright lights, also has lights outside you can leave on over night, the awning has lights that was built on it we've never used the awning. This is our loss and your gain, this won't last as it is in excellent condition! Oh one more thing...it is insulated for the coldest weather possible the stamp is still on the side, that is an upgrade. We also had solar added to the roof of the coach to keep the marine batteries which is an upgrade charge at all times!
