This fifth wheel toy hauler is in excellent conditions. Has been service/mainteneced yearly with no major issues. Minimal cosmetic exterior issues. There is a scratch by the exterior toy lock near the rear where a bike had fallen. Pictures of this are included. NO issues with the roof/leaking. The interior is in great shape. The rubber flooring in the garage space is in excellent shape. No issues with the appliances. This is a great fifth wheel. The reason for selling is my family and I do more rustic camping and a smaller camper may be more appropriate for us. We no longer ride motorcycles as well, so do not need the toy hauler aspect of the camper.
