This fifth wheel is in excellent condition and ready to travel. If you are looking for a floor plan that makes sense, rather than having a tv in the corner of the kitchen or other unusual layouts, then take a look at the attached photos. We actually moved the two recliners to face the tv and fireplace and put the couch by the back window. The furniture ties down but can be reconfigured to your liking while you are parked. There is an electric inflation mattress stored in drawer of couch. You will never feel cramped and there is plenty of storage to keep the living areas free and clear to move around unobstructed. The bed is large and comfortable, the bedroom has a great deal of privacy from the main living space. Little things like having tons of plugs for technology, ability to watch tv in LR, BR or outside, having many different lighting options and plenty of windows make this rig truly comfortable. We do have the original bedspread that matches the window décor (never used, wasn't our taste) and pillows that match.
