Selling my 2012 Heartland Road Warrior 305RW, bought some property up north and its use will now be far too limited to warrant owning it. This toy hauler is loaded and will sleep 7 adults comfortably. It is completely self-sustaining with a 5500 Watt Cummins Onin generator,75 Amp 1300 watt inverter, central air, furnace, 10 gal water heater, 100 gal fresh water, (2) 30 gal gray water holding tanks, 30 gal black tank, 3 televisions, 20ft electric awning, (2) slide outs 6ft and 9ft, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and stove/oven, complete hookup for a washer/dryer combo, cable tv/hook ups, gas pump. I will be including the fifth wheel hitch (Pullrite Super Glide $1000 value) with the hauler. The only thing you'd need is the rails installed in your truck bed. To many other options to list. I am not trying to make a money on this unit, I just want someone to pay off my loan and get their own loan.
