PRICE REDUCED!!!BETTER THAN NEW with 4.5 years + of bumper to bumper WARRANTY - Pristine One Owner - no KIDS, PETS, SMOKERS BASICS 4 QUEEN BEDS - FULL BATH PLUS 1/2 BATH IN REAR - 12' GARAGE - ON BOARD FUEL STATION - 2 ACs - BIG GENERATOR I bought this new in Dec of 2013 with the intention of taking a couple long trips around the country with my motorcycles. That's done. It has been pulled approximately 20k miles. Never off-road. Attached you will see many photos AND the original brochure including floor plan. I am planning to buy a new non-toy hauler, because my use is different going forward. That is only reason for selling. It has never been damaged. Its had at least 4 coats of UV wax and UV roof protectant. It has had one person in it most of the time. When you look at all the options and stuff I have done to it you will see why it is better than new. OPTIONS/EXTRAS/ADDITIONS 5500 w Onan Generator - very low hours 2nd A/C in Bedroom 4 Door Refrigerator Awnings on all 3 slides Sliding Tray in storage area Steel "drag" wheels Solar panel with auto charging system (2) 6 volt deep cycle batteries with auto fill Pillow top residential queen mattress New tires last fall Spare Tire - relocated to back ramp (under mount is drag hazard) Motorcycle wheel chocks (2) with quick mount to floor system Wine racks, storage enhancements, etc etc etc WARRANTY - SEE ATTACHED BROCHURE FOR DETAILS This Warranty is the real-deal! I had the cooling unit on the refrigerator and one of the AC's replaced and it cost me $100 total. Repair would have been over two grand. WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE TO 2ND OWNER AND IS GOOD UNTIL DEC 2020 - THAT'S OVER 4 1/2 YEARS REMAINING - COVERS VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING NADA (attached) shows Low retail at $55,120 and AVERAGE at $62,450 This is not an average coach!!!!!
