2012 Heartland North Trail Caliber Edition Ultra Lite 32BUDSWe have moved onto a 5th Wheel and are selling our 35ft (total Length) Travel trailer with 2 slide outs that is in excellent condition. This thing has everything you could ask for in a family camper! The whole camper has the light fixtures upgraded to LEDs.The bunk house has its own slide for added room with a couch that turns into a bed, a bunk above that and a bunk above the entertainment system with an included TV and a built in ladder. There is also a slide out trundle bed for added sleeping space. The main bedroom has a queen bed with walking room on both sides, the bottom and plenty of room for clothes. The TV in the living area (Not Provided) spins around to become the bedroom TV so that you do not have to purchase a TV for both rooms. The living area has a large dinner table that converts into a bed and has lots of storage under each seat. The couch also folds down into a bed and has a built in air mattress for a much more comfortable experience than a sleeper sofa. Both the couch and table slide out in the 2nd super slide. All appliances work perfect and the fridge runs off of LP or electric. Outside the camper there is an outdoor kitchen and we will also include the Aussie bumper mount grill. There is also a TV and fridge in the outside kitchen. The bumper slides out on the back of the camper to provide storage for bikes or firewood. The awning is powered and has LED lights that can be white or any color that you choose from the remote. Both slides have slide toppers which are like awnings for the slides that keep the sun from beating on it and keeps it cooler in the camper. It also keeps water from pooling up on the slides. The storage in the front passes all the way through. The tongue jack is powered and we are also including the Blue Ox sway and leveling hitch system that was $800. There are 2 20# propane cylinders on the front. All powered stabilizers.Not pictured is a brand new full camper cover that will also be included for when you are not using the camper to protect it.The camper pulls great and can even be pulled with a 1/2 ton truck or an SUV due to the fact that it is an ultra lite. There are no leaks or any damage and EVERYTHING is 100% functional! NEW FOR THE SEASON !!!! 2017 Heartland North Trail 32BUDS Caliber Edition. This trailer has tailgating written all over it! Upgraded freom factory to a 15,000BTU A/C ( Instead of standard 13,500 ) HUGE outside kitchen with a fridge, sink and TV as well as a grill that swings over for convenient cooking. Not only does it have a huge outside kitchen, it also has an entire bunk room for kids or guest with the hook up for a large TV. Fold out foam chairs also make a queen size pallet that will sleep multiple kids or a pair of adults in the opposite side of the master bedroom. Another use for that area in the rear could be for a mobile office, one of the bunk beds is a fold up that gives you plenty of room for installing a desk and 110 outlets for plugging in anything you may need. This is a multi-functional trailer that sleeps plenty and entertains even more!!! Still a Half-ton Towable with all the caliber edition upgrades.
