Very clean Heartland North Trail Caliber Edition, Ultra Lite (half ton towable). Many upgrades including solid surface counter tops (e.g. Corian) counter tops, electric awning, electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack. Also has a Lippman Correct Track system, allowing for precise alignments, which makes it pull great. Most interior lighting upgraded to LED bulbs. Trailer is clean and well maintained. All systems work perfectly. Only issue is a cosmetic scratch on the top of the awning and a few minor marks on the lower valance. The bedroom will accommodate a queen mattress. A 4" memory foam mattress is included. It had another one on top of it and was always covered or stored. The bathroom is very large and has its own entry door from the outside. Includes 30 lb propane tanks (these are the big ones). There is tons of storage in this trailer, which is one reason we selected it. We just don't use it enough to keep.
