For sale - 2013 Heartland 21FX. This is the cleanest, newest, nicest camper you're going to find under $11k. I've priced it to sell quickly. Weighs 4,075 lbs empty, so it can be towed by a mid-size SUV or any half ton pickup. The slide-out gives it tons of space and it has tons of storage, a big bathroom, an upgraded mattress, and Azdel walls (great insulation, and do not rot due to water exposure). Excellent condition and everything works perfectly. Not much to say about it except that Heartland makes a really nice unit, this one has been cared for and stored inside or under a cover it's whole life, and it'll make someone a nice camper. I live on the east side of Royse City (near exit 83 on I-30), and I'm willing to meet potential buyers near my house..
