2015 Heartland Landmark SavannahThis is an absolutely beautiful, better than new unit! Upgrades galore, including cheap heat system (we have used it in the north/east and never needed any propane, even when temperatures got well below zero), custom curtains, bathroom mirror, three flat screen Samsung televisions, (one in an outdoor entertainment center), and Ariston Splendide washer and dryer. Also includes a marine grade outlet for remote generator.There are too many features to list here. If you know anything about these units, you know that they are luxurious and feel like a real home away from home. Real wood cabinets, with heavy duty drawer glides, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances including microwave convection oven, residential refrigerator with water and ice in the door, three-burner gas stove with oven, and a double sink with goose-neck faucet and pull-down sprayer. There is a rechargeable Dyson vacuum with attachments that plugs in inside the full size pantry in the kitchen. This unit also has a dining table with an extra leaf that stores inside the pull out table, and a buffet area that is wonderful for placing a lamp and cherished objects. There is also an electric fireplace with remote control, dual-paned windows, quiet whisper ducted A/C dual system's, and automatic hydraulic level-up system.This unit is especially desirable, as it has a full-size double sliding door closet in the bedroom. The doors have glass insets with a decorative etched pattern. Inside the closet you will find drawers, shelves, a hidden safe, and even cedar lined. Another entertainment center opposite the king sized bed, (with a cozy memory foam topper and beautiful bedding) with a built in dresser and linen cabinets, and a second sink area with a lighted corner mirrored cabinet and vanity.This unit has a full sized shower, and separate private toilet area with its own sink and linen storage, and a window. The laundry closet is also located in the hall, with a louvered wood door. The doors are all paneled wood, and can close off the bath area for when you have company. We have also added maxi vent covers on the electric vents, one in the kitchen area, and one in the bathroom. There is truly nothing overlooked in this unit.
