We are selling our beloved "home away from home" fifth-wheel RV. After many incredible adventures, our family has decided to "stay put" for the next several years. It was a great time, with the friendly RV community. If you ever thought you would like to travel like this, do it. You will exceed your road trip dreams. The following is the (mostly) commercial description of our RV.Fun is part of the package with this ElkRidge 37 Ulta fifth wheel by Heartland RV. This unit features a double slide bunk house, one and a half baths, dual entry, a king size bed in the master (really comfortable), and an outdoor camp kitchen!Enter the side door closest to the front and head up the steps to the main front bedroom where you will find a king bed slide. There is a dresser opposite the bed, and a front wardrobe with sliding doors, plus washer and dryer prep so you can do laundry on the road if you choose to add the units. The main hall bath is just outside the master for convenience. Inside the bath find an angled shower, toilet, and vanity sink with medicine cabinet above.As you step back down into the main living space there is an entertainment center along the interior wall and electric fireplace/heater below (love-love-love the fireplace/heater). The main slide in this space features a combined salon style sofa (which opens into a queen bed) and booth dinette. To the left of the main entry door is where you will enjoy preparing and cooking food. There is a deluxe 4-door, 12 c.f. refrigerator, a three burner range with overhead microwave, a bit of counter work space, and a double kitchen sink. There is a counter extension for more space by the sink. There is also loads of upper and lower cabinets, plus lower cupboards and drawer space too. Also has a ceiling fan, sky lights, window shades, and 2 AC units. Includes NEW water pump, toilets and DVD stereo/radio.The rear features a bunkhouse where you will most likely find the kids hanging out. It is also great for extra guest to feel they have a little space to call their own. There is a slide out with upper and lower bunks on the right as you enter. On the left is a second slide with flip up bunks, plus a full rear wall of cabinets for storage. Note that we measured the bunks at 71", which is a bit longer than other units we were considering. A convenient half bath with private entry is located just off the bunk house and features a toilet, vanity sink, and medicine cabinet above. Outside enjoy cooking at the outdoor kitchen which is in the door side bunk slide and a motorized awning.
