New tile and carpet in kitchen and dining areas. Sleeps 10-12. Toy hauler area has toilet and vanity with 2 queen pull down beds. Master has queen bed with full size shower, toilet and vanity. Lots of storage inside and out! 2 entry doors, outside shower, stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Electric awning. 2 A/C units and central heat. Inside monitor with outdoor cameras for security. large fridge with freezer, double sink, microwave, gas stove top, gas oven. Island in kitchen with stow away bar stools. Dinette with stow away table and also converts into a bed. Queen loft with extra twin sleeping area. Must see! Lots of upgrades!! Must see! Lots of upgrades!! We only used this RV maybe 3 times a year. Very clean and well kept. Just had 9,000 of upgrades done to the slideout and new carpet and tile. No floods or wrecks. We have a lake house and just do not have the time to use this as much as we wish we could. Very fair price! This RV is 65,000 new! Excellent condition! Very good price. Will not lower price.
