A full bathroom with stand up shower, separate toilet room and seprate laundry closet with washer and dryer. Kitchen with three burner cook top, oven, double door refrigerator, corion counters, ss sink that both have covers for extra space and microwave. Trailer has damage to the front left side, awning and some miscellaneous items on the inside, please look at pictures, It is in tow-able condition no frame damage tires are like new, no smell of smoke or wet.
