If you want to get right to the technical specifications, look at the last three photos where ALL of the standard and upgraded specs are screen shots for you!! This fifth wheel is in excellent condition and ready to travel. If you are looking for a floor plan that makes sense, rather than having a tv in the corner of the kitchen or other unusual layouts, then take a look at the attached photos. We actually moved the two recliners to face the tv and fireplace and put the couch by the back window. The furniture ties down but can be reconfigured to your liking while you are parked. There is an electric inflation mattress stored in drawer of couch. You will never feel cramped and there is plenty of storage to keep the living areas free and clear to move around unobstructed. The bed is large and comfortable, the bedroom has a great deal of privacy from the main living space. Little things like having tons of plugs for technology, ability to watch tv in LR, BR or outside, having many different lighting options and plenty of windows make this rig truly comfortable. The attached pictures are NOT manufacturer pictures that many dealers use, but rather our REAL photographs. The décor is very subtle, meaning you can bring in your own style. We do have the original bedspread that matches the window décor (never used, wasn't our taste) and pillows that match. Excellent condition 2011 Heartland Bighorn 3185RL, loaded with upgrades. Maintained and cared for, non-smoking owner with no pets. Starting outside, there is an electric power cord reel for 50 amp service and hydraulic front leveling jacks for ease of setup. Rear leveling jacks are electric. There is an outside shower attachment and the pass through under storage compartment is huge. An additional storage compartment in the front is perfect for easy access of chairs, fishing gear, grill, etc. There is cable/satellite and power right inside the storage door, so you can set up your TV outside! Step inside and enjoy the spacious full kitchen with a full sized GE microwave/convection, 9 cu ft refrigerator and gas stove oven with burners. "Fantastic fan" brand fan in the kitchen includes rain sensor. Living room includes a 42" Flatscreen tv, DVD player, surround sound and satellite connections, a fireplace/heater combo, a large ceiling fan with light. There is a pullout desktop perfect for using a laptop. The couch includes an air mattress stored below with electric inflator. Dinette table has a leaf that can be added or stored and the 4 chairs include seat storage. Kitchen and living areas contain an extraordinary amount of storage which allows the living spaces to remain organized and clear of clutter. There are also large windows throughout and double shades to control both privacy and the amount of light. Bathroom has a manual roof vent with fan to reduce moisture and an upgraded porcelain full sized toilet. The shower has an upgraded handheld shower head and frosted skylight. Stairs to bedroom have additional storage drawers and hallway has two sets of full sized, mirrored closets for hanging clothes and linens. There is an upgraded, very comfortable mattress on spacious king bed and underneath the bed is great storage. Bedside has plugs for technology. There are windows on each side which allows for a great cross breeze in cool weather. There are a variety of lighting options all throughout the rig, including reading lights, softer ambient light and spot lights (and most lights work on battery power as well, so if there is a storm or a campground power issue you can still have light). Brand new deep cell battery placed in December 2015 and brand new central vacuum installed in March 2016. The central vac makes cleanup and daily sweeping a breeze. Original pillows and comforter matching window dressing has been packed up and not in use, but will be included. Water heater runs on electric or gas continuously, so you will always have plenty of hot water available. Rig includes two 30 pound propane tanks and they have gauges so you will never have to worry about running out of propane. All detectors are installed and in working order.
