This 2018 Road Warrior 429 (by Heartland) is in overall good condition with some normal wear and tear. The couch and dinette cushions will need to be replaced due to peeling. This 2018 Road Warrior 429 (by Heartland) is a fifth-wheel toy hauler with a 13' garage for hauling and a drop-down double bed for when the garage is not in use. The garage door is a ramp, and the flooring is rubber. The cargo area gas tank has a 50-gallon capacity. A half bath is located in the garage, as well as storage. The living area has a double sleeper sofa and an L-shaped queen-size sleeper sofa with an additional single bunk in the loft. There is an entertainment center with a TV, stereo, surround sound, and a fireplace. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, three burner stove, microwave, large farmhouse-style stainless sink, and plenty of storage cabinets and drawers. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, mirrored hanging wardrobe closet, washer and dryer, dresser, pull-out TV, and additional storage under the bed. The Road Warrior had tires updated in June 2023. V-braced reinforced hangars were added to axles and new slide floor on master bedroom slide was completed. The rear garage A/C is not working. The awning has a few holes in the fabric. The mattresses are not included. The mini fridge pictured in the bedroom closet is not included.
