This 2019 Cyclone 4270 is in great condition overall. It has been well cared for and lightly lived in, with no evidence of wear and tear inside or out.

Well maintained 2019 Heartland Cyclone HD Edition 4270!
This 2019 Cyclone 4270 (by Heartland) is a fifth wheel loaded with extras, configured and customized for a great liveaboard.
In addition to the three air conditioners, there are professionally installed aftermarket Minisplit heat pumps added in 2023 that provide heat/AC for the primary living area and a separate unit in the garage/office. Units are correctly wired per residential wiring and AC codes and include a separate master subpanel. A complete energy monitoring system has been installed with a smartphone app that allows you to monitor how much energy each major piece of equipment or appliance uses, as well as your major plug loads. This allows you to optimize your electrical use.
The garage is currently configured as a primary office, with a printer table, dual (adjustable height) desks, and built-in storage bins for tools and supplies. The original split bench seats are available if a mobile office is not needed.
The living area has an oversized reclining couch, bar area with two stools, storage and an overhead loft area.
