Heartland builds a nice coach, and this two-owner tandem-axle toy hauler is in good condition and overall needs a good cleaning and detailing, The interior shows typical wear for its age and condition; no significant stains, rips, tears, or odors exist. The wood trim at the bottom of the long sofa shows some wear (photo). The exterior needs a good cleaning: overall, the finish is uniform and has no significant dents, scratches (curbside photo), or divots, and the underside shows no road damage. No rips or tears were observed in the furniture. The flooring was in great shape. No leaks were observed. The seller is replacing a few of the floor vents and the LP detector.
