The seller purchased this RV where it is in the RV Park and has used it as a second home, as he lives and works up north. The inside looks nice, with no noticeable wear on furniture, and the exterior was clean. The tires appear to be original, and he indicated that all systems go. He isn't aware of any leaks, but there is a repair area shown on the roof's right rear. On the sofa, the white towels are just for pest prevention.
